HR TOP ensures that the basic presentations of the training courses in our catalog are constantly updated according to the specifics of the profession, particular needs, objectives, and target audience. Before each training session, these presentations, accompanied by workbooks, are shared with our client for validation.

At the end of each training session, we seek feedback from participants. These responses are then synthesized and can be shared with the client, along with all data collected during the training (visual aids, common documents, etc).

Participant feedback is carefully analyzed in order to continuously improve the quality of our training programs. All suggestions and comments are immediately taken into account, allowing us to adjust our training before each session.
